Cancellation & Refund Policy – Wildlife Photography Tours
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, due to the nature of our tours and the advance arrangements involved, we have a structured cancellation and refund policy as outlined below.
1. Cancellation by Participant
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us via email at [your email ID]. Refunds will be processed as per the schedule below:
- More than 60 days before the tour start date: 90% refund of the total tour cost
- 45 to 60 days before the tour start date: 75% refund
- 30 to 44 days before the tour start date: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund
Please note: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation. Any payment gateway or bank processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, minimum group size not met, political unrest, etc.), you will receive:
- A full refund of the amount paidOR
- Option to reschedule or transfer your booking to a future tour (subject to availability)
We will not be liable for any other costs incurred by you, including airfare or hotel bookings made independently.
3. No Shows / Partial Attendance
- No refund will be provided for participants who do not show up or miss any part of the tour due to personal reasons, delays, or any external factors beyond our control.
4. Transfer of Booking
- Transfer of booking to another person may be allowed (at our discretion) if requested at least 30 days prior to the tour date, subject to availability and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
5. Payment Disputes
- All payments are handled through secure channels. In case of any transaction disputes, please contact us first for resolution before raising a dispute with the payment gateway.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
As our services are limited to wildlife photography workshops, learning tours, and related on-field experiences, no physical products are shipped as part of your booking.
1. No Physical Delivery
- All workshop-related information, including itineraries, packing lists, and meeting instructions, will be shared digitally via email or WhatsApp.
- Any documents such as certificates of participation (if applicable) will also be delivered in digital format.
2. Merchandise or Course Materials
- In the rare event that any physical materials or merchandise are provided, these will be handed over in personduring the workshop or event.
- No courier or postal delivery is involved.
