Webinar date / time has been announced for this Sunday.

Please go through the post processing course where I have explained in detail about file saving option.

There are tripods in Manfratto available without centre column. You need to check for it.

I use the Gitzo 5540 series.

Amol, You will have to visit Manfrattoo or Gitzo tripod website and based on the budget you will have to search for it. Please remember to get a tripod which can support 3 times the weight of your equipment.

In that case instead of promoting only exceptional (good ones) image, how about posting only exceptional images ? That will ensure you have a consistency in your portfolio and increase engagement going forward. Also note that Instagram / FB algorithms are really bad for engagement. And they force you to pay for it.

I would recommend A9 II or the A7R4 based on your budget.

I would like to understand the reason for post promotion? What are you trying to achieve? What’s the end objective?

For Sony mirrorless, no need to use BBF.

You will not loose details if it originally existed even if you close crop. If the subject is far away and you crop it, do not expect that the subject will retain the sharpness.

Image sharpness depends on multiple factors :
    – Camera to subject distance
    – Lens used (and of filters used)
    – Camera sensor
    – Shooting technique
    – Shutter speed

Different cameras has different sensors and properties and hence it will change.

In case of ACR, when I do the cropping, it shows me the new dimension of the pixels. That will help you understand how much cropping you have done and also based on the dimension of crop you can know the MP.

Regarding knowing the acceptable crop percent for D850, crop the image as per your wish, check the new cropped dimension and use this calculator to know what MP you finally get.

That will help you know the final results better.

Nope. I have stopped using BBF once I moved to Sony. The AF tracking is so powerful in Sony that we dont need to use BBF.
